These Terms describe how GoldBlock Workshop, LLC offers goldblockworkshop.com (the "Site") and what we ask of people who use it. They are written to be read.

Part 1: How we offer the Site (notice to every reader)

1. Who we are and our purpose

GoldBlock Workshop, LLC is a California limited liability company. We publish education in three areas: human performance and health; systems, wealth and technology; and skills, resilience and life mastery. Our purpose is to prepare you to understand a subject, hire the right professional for it, or become one. We hold no professional licenses and we do not perform or offer medical, financial, legal or licensed-trade services.

2. Education, not advice

Everything on the Site is general education for a wide audience. It is not medical, financial, legal, tax or licensed-trade advice, it is not written for your situation, and reading it creates no professional relationship with us. Some subjects we cover can injure or kill people when done wrong. Our Disclaimer names those hazards, subject by subject, and tells you which professional to turn to; it is part of these Terms.

3. Our content and your use of it

The text, graphics, logos, design and code of the Site belong to GoldBlock Workshop, LLC or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and other law. The images on the Site are AI-generated, as described on How We Review. You may read the Site, link to any page, and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or distribute substantial parts of our content, remove credits or notices, or present our work as your own, without our written permission. Where we quote, cite or credit someone else's work, that work stays theirs; we link to it rather than reproducing it, and their terms govern it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site in any way that is unlawful or harmful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that tries to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach. Do not scrape the Site in bulk or use it to train automated systems without our written permission.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from the retailer. Every such link is marked "Paid link" beside it, retailers set their own prices, and a commission never changes which products appear or how they rank. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Other people's sites and work

The Site links to other websites and credits the work of people and institutions we learn from. We do not control those sites or that work, we are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link or credit is not an endorsement of everything they say or do. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.

7. Calculators and tools

Any calculator or interactive tool on the Site produces an estimate for planning. Each one shows its inputs, assumptions and method so you can check it. A tool's output is not a design, a prescription, a specification or professional advice, and you should verify it with a licensed professional before acting on it. Where a tool saves your results or requires an account, its own terms are shown and accepted at that point (Part 2).

8. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided as they are and as available. We work to keep them accurate, current and useful, but to the extent permitted by law we make no warranty that they are accurate, complete, current, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Site will be available without interruption. This does not exclude any warranty or right that California or federal law gives you and does not let you give up, including, for any paid product or service, rights under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldBlock Workshop, LLC and its members, contributors and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, including anything you do or fail to do because of what you read here.

This limit has limits of its own, and we state them so there is no doubt. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for willful injury to a person or property, for violation of law, or for gross negligence, because California law (including Civil Code section 1668) does not allow it. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code section 1751) or any other right that the law says cannot be waived.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use what you read on the Site, for following the laws, codes and permit rules where you live, and for getting a qualified professional when a task calls for one.

11. If part of these Terms is unenforceable

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute about the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you live somewhere whose law gives you consumer rights that cannot be taken away by a choice of law, you keep those rights.

13. Where the Site is directed

The Site is published from California for readers in the United States. We do not direct it to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and we do not market to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

14. Changes

We may change the Site and these Terms. Every change in substance gets a new version number and effective date at the top of this page, and we keep earlier versions and will send one on request. Changes to Part 1 take effect when posted. When Part 2 terms exist and we change them in substance, we will ask people who have accepted them to accept the change before it applies to them.

15. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email hello@goldblockworkshop.com with the work you own, where it appears on the Site, and how to reach you. We will look into it and respond.

Part 2: Terms you accept by clicking (none in force yet)

The Site has no accounts, downloads, paid products, paid tools or subscriptions today. Before any of those launch, it will have its own short terms covering what you get, what it costs including every mandatory fee, how renewal and cancellation work, refunds, your right to leave an honest review, how we handle your information, and how disputes are resolved. Those terms will be shown to you at the point of use, you will accept them by a clear click or checkbox, and we will record which version you accepted. Nothing in Part 2 binds anyone until then.
